To buy a link, you must agree with the terms and conditions below.

A. The bid you are paying entitles your link to be active for a duration of one year. You may renew your listing for an additional year if you wish at any time during the year by bidding a minimum of £1.00 GBP.

B. Websites containing material such as hacking, cracking, warez or any type of illegal related content are NOT allowed.

C. We do not allow adult-related websites. Any websites found with relativity of adult material will be removed from Bid A Link without notice.

D. Bid A Link does not refund any funds sent. If a payment has been sent to Bid A Link, it is solely in Bid A Link's hand and we clearly reserve the right to decline any requested refunds.

E. Bid A Link may remove your listing if:

- It contains pornography of any type.

- It is deemed as a "link farm". A link farm is defined as a page with nothing more than links.

- It is considered as a spam website. A spam website is a website that serves no purpose other than to generate money or to earn search engine ranking.

- It promotes any type of illegal activity.

F. Bid A Link reserves the right to modify, move or remove any listing without notice.

G. Bid A Link reserves the right to modify this terms of use without notice. It is your duty to stay updated.

H. You must use proper spelling and grammar on your title. Do not use inappropriate upper-case letters to attract visitors.
